Waterloo Region School Districts

I would say the majority of my real estate clients

don’t ask too much about school districts, but when they do, they mean business!

Some people put an extraordinary importance on it for a variety of reasons, so it is important to know how to quickly find out by address, where the kiddos will go before we submit an offer.

In the Region of Waterloo we have a lot of amazing options within the Public Board, Catholic Board, French Immersion, Fast Forward programs, ESL, and more.

While I understand the importance people put on it, I bought and renovated in the district that has the worst rated school in Waterloo - so I may be biased on how much to stress about it! I think it is so personal to your individual kids and family AND how far your kids are from actually attending school, because a lot can change within a few of years!
