85/15 until $12,000 cap, then you keep 100% of your commissions
No monthly fees.
$400 from first three deals, small transaction fee after caping.
**If you do not have a deal all year, you do not pay or owe anything. Real is a production based brokerage.

Depending on your location, there are some hubs available. I personally work between home, coffee shops and a co-working space in Waterloo for a quiet environment or to take meetings.
