Hey there! First off, you can just call me Cher - since I feel like we’re already best friends!

I fell in love with all things home at a very young age. My father was a custom home builder and his passion for creating beautiful spaces was contagious!

I grew up in the business starting by sending faxes and making copies, which eventually led to managing the sales team and customer selections. My father has retired, but my passion lives on.

I now help my amazing clients buy, sell and invest in Waterloo Region while using my knowledge and connections from home building to help them visualize the potential of their homes and serve them in any future renovations.

My goal is to take the overwhelm out of your home - which goes beyond real estate, so I have a trusted team that can help you with anything from electrical to home organization, just let me know your struggles and I can help solve them!
