Favourite cleaning products for tough spots in the bathroom

I am about to get real with you…my ensuite shower has been on the struggle bus for quite sometime now. I can’t seem to get the grout looking new or the silicone edges clean! I tried all kinds of concoctions found on the internet - bleach, vinegar, tide, mould sprays - but nothing worked!!

UNITIL NOW. I found the mother off all grout cleaners and mould killers - plus a gadget that paired well with the process and has also been amazing in a ton of other areas of my home too! So without future adieu, here is how I got my ensuite shower looking new again:

Finally say bye-bye-bye

to that hard to clean grout and stubborn moldy areas in your bathroom with these 3 effective products that worked for me!

Grout: I spray directly on the problem areas, do something else for 5-10 minutes and then go at it quickly with the gadget below, finishing with a rinse.

*for some reason this is only showing very large containers, so I will keep an eye on this and update you when the $30 sprayer comes back up - but hey, if you and a friend have a lot of grout to clean, it is totally worth it to grab anyways!

Mould, mildew, staining: I twist the cap by 1/4 turn, put it exactly where the problem area is, give it a squeeze and glide it with ease. I close any access to the shower and a minimum 5 hours later, I rinse it away leaving it looking like new!

The fun gadget: I turn this beauty on, press it in the problem area and just let it work its magic! Other areas I am loving it is in my front load washing machine rubber seal, around the base of faucets and on the inside door frame of the dishwasher where all the splashes happen but don’t get clean during the cycle!

I hope these make your bathroom feel like new again - but if it is a lost cause then maybe it is time we chat renovation *wink wink*, if that is the case, this a great blog post to help get started :)

P.S. whenever using new products, it is always suggested to try a small inconspicuous area first to make sure it isn’t going to do anything cray cray!

P.P.S I believe my amazon business account now gives my affiliate links when I share them, so I may have to divulge the fact that I could be receiving a commission of these purchases :)
